 The Mid-Hudson Valley Ballroom
Dance Club, otherwise known as MHVBDC, was begun in May, 1989.
Its purpose is to encourage and promote ballroom dancing in the
Mid-Hudson Valley region by providing dancing facilities and music
for its members and guests. Dances
are held on the second Saturday
of each month. Some feature live music, others feature music by
one of our own DJ's. Members attend regularly scheduled monthly
dances free of charge. Guests are welcome at all dances, but must
pay an admission charge of $10.00 for dances with recorded music, and
$15.00 for dances with live music. Refreshments are served at all
